Your Wedding Flowers - How it all Works
So, you’ve sent your enquiry off to us, now what? We will be in touch with you within 48hts to let you know if we are free for your date. If we are we will then arrange a consultation, either via video or meeting up for a cuppa whatever suits you best - I do like a face to face though!
That meeting is so important for both of us. We get to hear all about your magical day, your style, the colours you’re thinking of using, even the music you’re going for. All these little details help us create your bespoke proposal and mood board. This will give you a good idea of cost and help bring your flowers to life.
Once you let us know you would like to go ahead we will require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. This covers 1 site visit, organsing, sourcing and my time leading up to the wedding. The final invoice is due 4wks before your day.
When you book with us we are creating bespoke wedding florals, no two weddings will ever look the same. We work with you through consultations, site visits, emails, and many WhatsApp chats to ensure the designs are perfect and maximise your budget. This is what is included:

- On-site coordination, movement of arrangements from ceremony to reception
- Clear away and pack down after your wedding
We don’t just drop the flowers off and run, we are there for the whole day, from early on, sometimes even the day before setting up installations. We hand deliver your bridal flowers and help the chaps pin the buttonholes. We will stay right through to the wedding breakfast ensuring every petal is perfect.
