From initial creative consultation to flawless, midnight de-installation, we provide a seamless, and secure service that protects your brand and personal privacy at every stage.
The Booking Process
Initial Consultation
We begin with a relaxed video call, or a face-to-face meeting for more detailed weddings, to explore your vision, style, and floral priorities. Whether you're dreaming of classic floral arrangements, elegant bouquets, or an abundance of countryside wedding flowers, this is where the creative process begins.
Proposal & Mood Board
After our chat, I’ll create a tailored proposal and mood board that reflects your ideas and brings your vision to life, blending luxury wedding florals, seasonal styling, and timeless wedding design.
Holding Your Date
Your wedding date will be provisionally held for one week after you receive your proposal. This gives you time to ask questions, refine details, or schedule a follow-up call to discuss amendments.
Securing Your Booking
Once you’re happy, a 20% deposit secures your date. You'll receive full booking details along with terms and conditions, giving you peace of mind that your dream florals are in hand. Included in that booking fee is a site visit to walk through the floral designs and continuous communication throughout your floral journey.
Your Welcome Pack
After booking, you’ll receive a beautifully curated welcome pack including timelines, next steps, and everything you need to know about how we’ll work together to create elegant, seasonal wedding flowers that feel completely personal to you.

We were lucky enough to have Jemma as our wonderful florist for our wedding in Cheshire this June. I still don’t have the words to adequately capture just how special Jemma is and what she does. If you're thinking of booking Jemma for your wedding...DO IT!! The floral arrangements she created for our wedding in May totally blew us away. From the bouquets to the stunning flower arch, flower wall and table runners, absolutely everything Jemma created was STUNNING! Beyond working her magic with flowers, Jemma is such a warm, friendly and all round lovely person. It was a total joy working with Jemma end-to-end. I'm sad our wedding is over as I want to work with Jemma again and again! All in all, she's brilliant. Thank you Jemma and team for being so wonderful
