THE SAVOY
Weddings
The Savoy need we say more? For a venue this iconic, the floral design had to do more than just decorate; it had to command one of London’s most legendary spaces.
For this high-profile November wedding, we curated a palette of Playa Blanca roses, Phalaenopsis orchids, and lush hydrangeas. The design was a study in texture—soft, architectural whites met with delicate dusky blue accents to mirror the timeless elegance of the River Suite and Ballroom.
The Highlights:
- Ceremony to Celebration: We began in the Abraham Lincoln Suite, framing the vows with two grand, opulent urns. These were later seamlessly repurposed to the Ballroom to frame the top table, a signature Jemma Khan move for effortless continuity.
- The Ballroom Installation: We designed showstopping, cascading floral spheres set upon custom-designed gold plinths to meet the scale of the soaring ceilings.
- The Production: Managing a team of six freelancers over a two-day build, we navigated the complexities of a 4:00 AM start and a massive technical production—which included a private set by Craig David.
- Sustainable Luxury: Every stem was conditioned on our family farm and installed using sustainable mechanics, ensuring the venue’s historic interiors remained as pristine as our flowers
